STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY, SPORT-SPECIFIC
SKILLS & NUTRITION.

6-week session, Tuesday, February 25th thru Sunday, April 6th; (will have access to weight room, speed/agility area and indoor field for sport & specific position activities)

1 day/week for 6 weeks = ($16 /session) or $96
2 days/week for 6 weeks = ($15 /session) or $180

OTHER Training options available by Appointment ONLY:
*Private Individual = $60/session
*Semi-Private (2-3 participants) = $35 per participant /session
*Group (4 or more) = $20 per participant /session

Any NEW participant would be able to sign-up at ANYTIME during the current session and would be PRO-RATED
NO refunds; if participants miss days, they will be allowed to make-up on ANY other day as long as it is within the 6-week program session period.

includes; height, weight, body fat analysis, resting heart rate (RHR), target heart rate range (THR), strength/power/explosive testing for total body function and postural tests

FREE Initial Exercise /Nutrition consultation;
includes; developing a specific individual program schedule for Strength, Cardio (endurance) and Nutrition for each participant to follow, based on specific goals

Focus on athletic development through, conjugate method:
strength training techniques include, but not limited to; max effort, dynamic, repetition, plyometric, isometric, SAQ; speed/agility/quickness

Incorporates more dynamic exercise machines & speed equipment /apparatus;
glute/ham machines
resistance /power bands for Both Strength & Speed chains & blocks for Strength
sleds & parachutes for Speed
incorporates nutrition program

YOUTH PARTICIPANTS (AGES 9-13).

teaches proper exercise fundamentals/techniques for BOTH Strength & Speed
incorporates similar aspects of any HS sports workout program (start young & continue to progress)
